Serving At Oak Hill

The pastor of Oak Hill is Dr. Chris Holloway. Dr. Holloway has been in the ministry over 30 years and is currently serving his 6th year at Oak Hill. In addition to serving this church in Northwest LA, he has served churches in Northeast LA, South LA, and South Central KY. His wife is Linda Holloway, they have 3 grown daughters, Heather (who is married to Terry), Julie (who is engaged to Jeff) and Amber (who is married to Robby); 3 sons, Matt, John and Luke. Our people are committed to becoming all that Christ would have us to be. We are not, but we are pressing on, in the words of the Apostle Paul to the church at Philippi, to 'know Him, and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death' in order that we may 'press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.'" Serving as Minister of Music is Russell Peace. In addition to leading our music, Russell also accompanies our instrumentalists with guitar. Russell acts as our Sunday School Superintendent and leads our Men's Prayer group. Miss Peggy Crittenden serves as our church pianist and church clerk. She also leads our Women's Enrichment Ministries. Bro. Chris plays bass guitar. Not pictured is Denise McGaha who does a wonderful job with our youth.

Serving our congregation as deacons are Dennis McGaha (Chairman), Billy Guay, Rufus Kelly, and Harry Walker. They are great men of God with servant hearts. Rufus Kelly also serves our congregation by maintaining the grounds for all buildings on our campus. Linda Holloway serves our congregation by seeing to it that all our buildings are clean and inviting on the inside. Linda Holloway and John Holloway are responsible for all media presentations and ministries at Oak Hill. Linda Guay does a great job with the floral arrangements. Neva Kelly serves as our church treasurer.
